Educational Qualification:
First Class Degree in Commerce and also having passed Company Secretaryship (C.S.) from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi
Experience:
Three years experience in handling secretarial work In the Companies incorporated under the Companies Act Along with working experience of liaisoning with financial Institutions registered with Reserve Bank of India and banks.
Basic knowledge of Computer applications as prescribed in The Gujarat Civil Services Classification and recruitments (General) rules 1967.
Adequate knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi.
Age Limit:
Not more than 40 years

Pay Scale:
Rs. 15600-39100- Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
Selection Process: interview.
